homemade cheez-its I'm using my food processor, but this recipe can be done mixed by hand mix 1 cup flour, 1u002F2 teaspoon salt, 1u002F4 teaspoon of both garlic & onion powder, 8 oz of cheddar cheese (chill cheese in freezer for a few minutes for easier processing) add 4 Tablespoons of cold butter 2-4 tablespoons of cold water mix until dough forms, wrap in plastic refrigerate for 30mins or longer, dough keeps for 2-3 days roll out thinly slice into desired shapes, dough will separate where cut bake until golden 15-20mins at 350 degrees Farenheit finish with salt and enjoy once cooled makes 2 large trays of crackers
